Ultraflow Group Limited (“Ultraflow”), announce the completion of its third bolt-on acquisition, Sweetbriar Limited (“Sweetbriar”).
Sweetbriar was formed in 1998 and operate nationally supplying consultancy services for Legionella control and water hygiene. Services include :
- Legionella risk assessments
- Chlorination and disinfection
- Water sampling, microbiology and chemistry
- Water booster pumping systems
- Rainwater harvesting
- Closed system water treatment
The business is a long standing member of the Legionnaire Control Association (LCA).
Sweetbriar is the third investment that Ultraflow has made after the acquisition of Ultraflow Drainage Limited and KLG Services. However this is the first investment into the water hygiene sector and forms part of Ultraflow’s broader strategy to create a leading group of specialist service providers in the Environmental Assurance & Compliance sector.
